About Shrimpos fc

Shrimpos FC are a Thanet-based Sunday League football club entering our third season, built on friendship, community and a shared love of the game.

Founded in memory of Stephen Shrimpton, who sadly passed away from epilepsy three years ago, the club carries his name and memory with us every time we step onto the pitch. His legacy is at the heart of everything we do.

What started as one team has grown into a club with three sides: our Men’s team, Women’s team and Charity team — bringing people together both on and off the pitch.

This season, we’re also proud to be offering official Shrimpos FC merchandise, with £2 from every sale donated to the Epilepsy Society. It’s our way of continuing to raise awareness, support an important cause and keep Stephen’s memory at the centre of what Shrimpos FC stands for.
